The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus reports the incidental violation Point 16a of the Best Practices of the NewConnect Listed Companies. The Company’s Monthly Report for April was published on 15 July 2014 instead of previously announced date 14 July 2014. The Company decided to appoint additional person responsible for reporting to take care of this disclosure requirements, this person was already hired and is being trained recently.
