The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus reports the incidental violation of the rule stipulated in paragraph 6 point 14.2 of the Appendix 3 to the ATS Rules. The Company’s Q1’2014 Report was published on 16 May 2014 instead of previously announced date – 15 May 2014. The Company didn’t inform about the change in the date of publication of that report in due time.
