BGS Energy Plus announces the signing of a contract for construction of a 620 kW biogas plant
The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 6th June 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 620 kW located in Citov, Czech Republic with Zemědělská Cítov a.s. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.
The total contract value is CZK 64 000 000 (EUR 2 500 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Zemědělská Cítov a.s.
