The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 2nd April 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 740 kW located in Havlickova Borova, Czech Republic with Havlíčkova Borová zemědělská a.s. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.
The total contract value is CZK 76 500 000 (EUR 3 090 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Havlíčkova Borová zemědělská a.s.
