The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary Agroprodukt plus a.s. on 28 July 2011 has become 100% owner of PODHRADÍ, s.r.o. located Lipnice nad Sázavou 131, PSČ 582 32 as the signed contracts for shares purchase has become effective. Contracts were signed with several individuals.
The total contract value is CZK 5 mio. (EUR 0,207 mio)
PODHRADÍ, s.r.o. operates on 600 Ha near Zavidkovice plant which will enable Energy produkt plus s.r.o. (EPP is 100% subsidiary of BGS Energy Plus) to increase the capacity up to 1 MW based on own sources. The capacity for the grid connection is already reserved.
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to all individuals who sold their voting rights in PODHRADÍ, s.r.o.
