The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary Energy Product Plus, a.s. on 23th February 2011 signed a structured credit facility for financing the construction of own biogas plants with Volksbank. The total loan amount is CZK 195 mio (EUR 8 mio).
