The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 27th September 2010 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 620 kW located near Havlíčkův Brod, Czech Republic with ZN Agro s.r.o., Havířská 1059, 580 01 Havlíčkův Brod. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2010.
The total contract value is CZK 66 000 000 (EUR 2 688 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of ZN Agro s.r.o., Havlíčkův Brod.
