The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that on 3rd July 2012 its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. signed an agreement with Mr. Mrazek to acquire a 15% equity interest in the project company Chotětov BPS s.r.o., which holds all project rights for 1,1 MW biogas power plant located in the municipality of Chotětov. The total acquisition price was CZK 60.000,- (EUR 2,000.-). BGS Biogas will grant a loan CZK 16,5 mio (EUR 0,6 mio) to Chotetov BPS.
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to Mr. Mrazek.
