The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 23rd January 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 620 kW located in Zderaz, Czech Republic with Zderaz, zemědělské družstvo. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.
The total contract value is CZK 100 600 000 (EUR 4 000 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Zderaz, zemědělské družstvo.
