The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 4th October 2010 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 740 kW located in Horní Bradlo, Czech Republic with Zemědělská a.s., Horní Bradlo 57, 539 53 Horní Bradlo. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2010.
The total contract value is CZK 55 000 000 (EUR 2 249 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of Zemědělská a.s., Horní Bradlo.
