The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 23rd August 2010 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 1,6 MW located in Kacina, Czech Republic with ZOS Kačina a.s.
The total contract value is CZK 130 000 000 (EUR 5 000 000)
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of ZOS Kačina a.s.
