The management board of BGS ENERGY PLUS, a.s. informs that the date of publication of Q3’2015 Financial Results is changed. The Report will be published on 23 November 2015 instead of 13 November 2015, as it has been announced on 28 January 2015 in EBI report “Date for the transmission of reports in 2015″, No.: 3/2015.
Delay in publication of quarterly report is due to a standard control from state authority which delayed the handover of financial data to external accounting firm and the whole accounting process.
Management Board will make every effort to avoid similar delays in the future.
