The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 6th June 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 500 kW located in Libice, Czech Republic with AGRO LIBLICE s.r.o. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.
The total contract value is CZK 46 000 000 (EUR 1 790 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of AGRO LIBLICE s.r.o.
