The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces the acquisition of a 82% stake in the polish company Volta Europe BGS Sp. z o.o.
The agreement became effective on 31 May 2012, after the Court registration.
Former company name was Volta Europe Sp. z o. o., with registered address: Warsaw Financial Center, ul. Emilii Plater 53, 00-113 Warsaw, Poland, court registration number 0000348198.
Volta Europe BGS Sp. z o. o. will built its own biogas plants, currently has a pipeline of 10 MW for the coming years. The company plans to build biogas plants for clients and to deliver technology and services for the Polish market.
The company is owned in 82% by the BGS Energy Plus and 18% by Mr. Adam Karasch who is the President of the Board.
As per confidentiality of the agreement the value of the transaction cannot be disclosed.
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to Mr. Karasch.
