The Management Board of BGS Energy Plus announces that its fully-owned subsidiary BGS Biogas a.s. on 28th March 2012 signed a contract for construction of a biogas plant of 620 kW located in Jilem, Czech Republic with STAGRA, spol. s r.o. The plant is scheduled to be built by Q4 2012.
The total contract value is CZK 78 400 000 (EUR 3 190 000).
BGS Energy Plus and its board members are unrelated to the principals of STAGRA, spol. s r.o.
